Umpqua River Haven is a small manufactured home and RV park community nestled amid the Douglas Fir trees near the Oregon Coast.

Quiet, serene and beautiful, this is a great place to live or visit!  Close to the Oregon Coast and all the sights and activities there, yet away from the busy and bustle.

This rural, Historic Ghost Town of Scottsburg, along with the Wells Creek area,  offers a local market, restaurant, fire/EMT station, church and US Post Office. 

And the local Community Center provides regular community events such as the annual party celebrating founder Levi Scott’s birthday, Bingo, the annual holiday decorating event, pot luck, spaghetti and other dinners, local bands and more gatherings for some social activity.  Join in and get acquainted!
